Poor Service and No Call Backs This place is a joke. I sold my 2017 Challenger for a car for my son. I was looking at a 2017 Passat and they wouldn't make deal because it was just p This place is a joke. I sold my 2017 Challenger for a car for my son. I was looking at a 2017 Passat and they wouldn't make deal because it was just put on their lot. I test drove and loved it. They pushed a 2015 Passat on me instead. Looked like the same car so i said sure. I walked out to car and checked it out. Looked good. So I got it. Well car had a tire pressure light on and they couldn't fix. They told me to take to Volkswagen dealer in Gurnee. I drove off the lot and the underneath was making a bang noise. A week goes by and I finally get into the shop. They tightened a ball joint allegedly and front end was now out of alinement. They refuse to call me back or give me parts to fix. Ricky Perez (General Manager), Kevin Curtis (Meat Head), Chris Lindville are all jokes. They are unprofessional and don't care about the cars they sale. They sale crap cars and don't email anyone back. Pathetic. I do not recommend buying anything from these guys. More

2020 NEW Kia Optima EX Premium Edition On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put On June 15, 2020, I bought a BRAND NEW 2020 Kia Optima EX Premium Edition, test drove it, bought it, and asked if they could tint the windows and put mud guards on the car and deliver it to me when finished. They delivered it in 5 days with a 5" dent in the passenger door, a chipped windshield, and the brakes weren't working correctly. I was told by their sales manager, Chad, they would bring me a loaner, repair the car and return it to me by Friday 3rd. Then, on the 3rd I was told the car wouldn't be ready, it wasn't repaired yet!. So I said cancel the Contract and give me my money back. After several protracted conversations, I was told I'd get my money back and the contract would be cancelled. It is now July 13th, I still don't have my down payment back and am holding their loaner until I get my money back. Chad, the Sales Manager at this location, lacks any form of integrity, doesn't return his phone calls, his voice mail box is always full so you can't leave him a message, and he doesn't follow through on what he says he's going to do. I also left several messages for Ricky Perez who didn't return my telephone messages either. It's been almost a month since I purchased my car and am still waiting for my money to be returned along with a cancelled Contract. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. However, I would recommend their sales lady, Klaudia Tatkowska, she followed through on everything she said she was going to do and was a pleasure to work with. More

Did not mention that the new car I was interested in was used as a demo car until I arrived at the dealer (60+ miles from where I live). Bought my 1st new car after 16 years, walked in Raul was there to greet us, said he’d be taking care of us (I brought my sister for help) today. He pulled up 2 cars for us. I arrived at 4 pm and didn’t leave til after 7. I thought I was quoted one price but end up with another price. I called very next day told the sales person I’m having trouble with my brakes - yeah I’m still waiting on his return call. I have no spare no mats for the car😡. I asked about gap ins I was told the bank wouldn’t allow it for a 2016🤨. I really hate buying cars because I feel like I get the short end of the stick every time and this is my second time buying from BoB Rohrhman. I hope this car last me a long time because I can’t take another car salesman😡!!!! I spoke with the person that sold me the car I expressed my feelings. I told him if a customer purchase a car from you and explain that they’re having car trouble - you should return their call. When I arrived at the dealership my salesman told me he was busy that’s why he hadn’t returned my call but when I walked in he was having a conversation with a co-worker. If I could do it all over again I would not purchase anymore vehicles from Bob Rohrman. 😡😶 More
