Our sales person Michael was very attentive during the sale process and was very good to work with at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Kia. I can not say the same for the management, or the dealers advertisement sale process and was very good to work with at Bob Rohrman's Schaumburg Kia. I can not say the same for the management, or the dealers advertisement/internet group. I received emails from them advertising "First 2 years oil changes on us when you buy a new vehicle from Schaumburg Kia!*." And when you read the "*" it states "*See dealer for full details. 2 yrs oil changes is an available package for purchase." So I would not classify it as the oil changes are "on us'" When I emailed them back on this I received zero responses. So unfortunately, they seem like the typical car dealership, They only care until the point in time you actually buy the car after that the sales group does not seem to care. More

We came in for our scheduled appointment with Michael Delaney whom did an awesome job getting us into our new Kia Sorento. We actually went to another Kia dealer first and that was a disaster as they did Delaney whom did an awesome job getting us into our new Kia Sorento. We actually went to another Kia dealer first and that was a disaster as they didn't have the car that they had confirmed to be in stock and ready for our test drive. When we got to Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia we were greeted by Michael whom was very knowledgeable and very accommodating as we were deciding between two different Sorento trims. We were able to look at 3 different vehicles and Michael was able to explain all the differences which made our purchase decision easier as we have a growing baby and we needed a larger vehicle. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I had and this is why I recommend Michael and Bob Rohrman Schaumburg Kia. More
