Dale was extremely helpful from the time I first entered the lot to test drive a new 2019 Forester, and throughout the entire sale process he was extremely helpful and responded promptly to any emails, and kept me updated for when the Forester with the trim and options that I was looking for was on the lot. He was also happy to answer and questions or concerns that I had about the new Forester redesign. Shaunda was also awesome to deal with, she was prompt and courteous and had all of the paperwork ready to go, and I was in and out of her office in 15 minutes and the proud new owner of a brand new Subaru. I appreciated that I did not have any dealer add-ons that I was not interested in forced on me, and overall it was an extremely pleasant and smooth experience. More
