As for the dealership I'm very unhappy that I was sold a 2017 Mustang GT350 that had an engine replaced at 17k miles and had a new clutch put in at 3600 miles, that they never said anything about it which I find very sketchy, I had to find out by taking the car to a Ford dealer because it seems the trans is slipping. Also, the fact that the clutch blew the day after I bought the car, they were good enough to replace it under warranty but proceeded to give me paperwork stating anything else that happens is now my responsibility even though I've had the car for less than 2 months. All in all, im very happy with Dalen but the management at the dealership is VERY SKETCHY, do your extended research on any used car they may be trying to sell you. More

He truly wanted to help us get the car we wanted, at the price we wanted, and closed the sale quickly. We were very impressed with his communication and professionalism. The other reps we spoke to in passing were also kind and helpful. We got such a great vibe from the employees and the dealership; we would definitely purchase something again and I can’t recommend Dalen more highly.
