Smooth This was by far, the easiest car buying experience I have had. The pushy salesman doesn't seem to exist here. They worked with me on getting the payment arrangement I was looking for. Chad Zambarda was excellent. He went thru all aspects of the car and answered all my questions. Mike Dorsch personally thanked me for my business. That's a first for me! More

Great job PAUL!!!! Paul Smish was our salesman at Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay. The whole dealership was terrific, but Paul put their store 'over the top'! Very friendly Paul Smish was our salesman at Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay. The whole dealership was terrific, but Paul put their store 'over the top'! Very friendly & personable, He made sure we knew exactly what we were getting with our package & options. We really weren't sure if we were going to buy that day, but they had a car that was 'very close' to perfect for us(needed only one addition), that not only did we 'enjoy' buying but weren't saddled with the usual 'buyer's remorse'. Paul actually leased a car like our purchase, so he could fine-tune our vehicle choice. We did not want some of the extras in the ! package, and Paul steered us to the + package with an option package, even saving us money in the process. We did not want 18" wheels & tires, plus a couple items, yet we wanted the sunroof, and other previously ! features. He was honestly on our side, which was a nice change for us. The dealership was ultra clean, everyone had a smile at the place (customers & workers). We were already sold on their service department on(worked with Shane quite a bit) our 2012 Soul! bought elsewhere. So once again, thank You Paul Smith & Dorsch Ford/KIA in Green Bay, WI!!! More

Great Experience After being down to one vehicle due to our 2nd vehicle sustaining major damage, we located a 2014 Hyundai Elantra on Dorsch's website. Paul Smith help After being down to one vehicle due to our 2nd vehicle sustaining major damage, we located a 2014 Hyundai Elantra on Dorsch's website. Paul Smith helped us with the test drive, showed us comparable vehicles and answered our questions so we could evaluate the pros/cons, and patiently waited until we made the decision to buy it without any typical salesman pressure whatsoever. Dallas worked to secure financing due to our unique situation, and both Paul and Dallas stayed past closing time so we could take ownership and drive it home instead of making us juggle only having 1 vehicle for another day and making us wait to instead pick it up when it was more convenient for them. A great experience that exceeded our expectations. More

What a disappointment Our lease was ending on our 2102 Kia Sorento and we went into to discuss our options with Lea and Carin. We test drove 4 cars with Carin, left the lot Our lease was ending on our 2102 Kia Sorento and we went into to discuss our options with Lea and Carin. We test drove 4 cars with Carin, left the lot with lots of questions and finally had short email from Carin 4 days later from Carin inquiring on his things were going. We shared with Carin that we would be looking to purchase at least two vehicles in the next 2-4 years and she could not be more disinterested. Leah did not return emails,promptly when we requested out buy out information, actually leaving in vacation while promising to get us the information the very next day. We had to track down another person to get the information. Because of the delay we needed to make an additional lease payment. When it came to finally completing the paperwork to purchase the vehicle with Dallas, and expressed our disappointment with DORSCH, his response was "I am just here to do the paperwork." I have never seen a culture of customer service where I felt like a total bother to the organization. We will be purchasing vehicles in the future and that future will not include DORSCH. More

Always Helpful I purchased a KIA several years ago with the help of Dallas and Debbie. Since then, I have had excellent service from Jacob. Because of my positive ex I purchased a KIA several years ago with the help of Dallas and Debbie. Since then, I have had excellent service from Jacob. Because of my positive experiences at Dorsch, I took my daughter there to purchase a vehicle. Paul went out of his way to help us--and gave great advice. Once again, Debbie worked her magic and got us a low rate and also helped us learn more about our purchase. These professionals even stayed late--beyond regular hours--to help my daughter and me. We now have two KIAs in the family, and we couldn't be happier with our vehicles. I always recommend Dorsch--they take good care of us and will take good care of you. More

Drove up to Dorsch to try a different dealership and was blown away by the service and knowledge. Dallas was terrific at getting us set up and teaching us about the Optima Hybrid. Debbie was wonderful and quick with finalizing the paperwork. Jim was great at ensuring everything was taken care of before we pulled away with our new Kia Optima Hybrid. I will drive from Appleton to Green Bay for service instead of going to Bergstrom, just down the road from me, because of this experience. Keep up the great work! More
