Exceeded Expectations I had been searching for a SUV for several weeks when I paid a visit to Dorsch in early October. Chad met me in the lot and began to ask questions to understand my situation. Prior to this visit I was feeling frustrated with the quality of vehicles I was seeing within my price range. As we began to walk the lot Chad pointed out a very nice Lincoln Navogator with lower than average mileage, but appeared to be above my price range. Before long I was behind the wheel and after bringing my wife to take a look, and a couple more test drives, the only thing keeping me from buying was the price. When Chad finally asked me what it was going to take I was honest about where the price needed to be, and to my surprise he made it happen. Chad worked very hard for my business and didn't waste my time at all. This may be the first vehicle I bought where I drove away feeling like I got a really good deal (value). Dallas was very thorough and efficient in the closing process as well. Great experience overall. More

Chad was unable to complete my test drive due to a conflict with a second customer, Chris quickly stepped in and took me on three test drives to narrow my choices to the desired model. Both Chad and Chris listened when I chose to step back and think about the purchase and didn't hassle me with follow up phone calls. Chad made the negotiation experience less stressful, with less iterations than I had experienced in other dealerships. He was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, helpful and even took the time to program the initial set up for me prior to leaving. Dallas Brooks made the closing transaction a breeze, even beating the rates I had found locally. Dan Dorsch made the time to talk to me about my purchase not only once, but twice, wanting to understand why I had not made previous purchases at Dorsch and what Dorsch could change to earn my trust and purchase. Paul Brault is an exceptional sales person that takes the time to really understand what you're looking for the minute you walk in the door. James Vertz knows his numbers and also how to explain them. Working with both of them is always easy (and fun, too). When it's time for service, whether it's a simple oil change or extensive service, you always know you're in good hands. We've been to other dealers, but only end up "just looking" because Dorsch offers the experience that's always "above and beyond". More
