Smoothest transition I had when buying a new car. Adam was fantastic as we told me to wait until the 2024 rates and incentives same out which saved me thousands over the life of the loan. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable about all things Acura and is clearly a master of his craft. It was extremely easy to trust Jeremy throughout the entire process. This was by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I will absolutely recommend Jeremy to friends and family who are looking for a great vehicle. Jeremy really understands how to sell the value of not only the Acura product but also how Spitzer is differentiated from the competition. This is how the process should work. No nonsense. I really felt that Jeremy understood what my buying criteria was and he was able convince me that the MDX is what I was looking for. When it is time to replace our Pilot, we are coming back to Spitzer. Count on it! More

I have dealt with Spitzer’s service department for 15 years and three different cars. I have never been disappointed. I have always been treated unbelievably well, have always been afforded a loaner, hav years and three different cars. I have never been disappointed.
