Toyota lost one of my wheel caps during a routine balance and alignment. I didn’t notice it until several days after the service. It was reviewed and confirmed by Chelsea the manager that the cap was on at e and alignment. I didn’t notice it until several days after the service. It was reviewed and confirmed by Chelsea the manager that the cap was on at entry and missing at service completion. I was then asked to find the replacement on my own which was completely inappropriate and should have been handled by Toyota. It took me several weeks to find the replacement cap which ultimately was the wrong size and had to be returned. I then insisted that you guys find the cap which resulted in me having to make another trip to Toyota with my truck to have it properly measured using the remaining caps and order the correct fit. It was ultimately ordered correctly by Toyota. Moral of the story “Do Better” Rick Carter More

Very good service. Natalie estimated the service would take about 2 1/2 hours. while waiting, I received a text asking for authorization to provide two additional maint Natalie estimated the service would take about 2 1/2 hours. while waiting, I received a text asking for authorization to provide two additional maintenance requirements and the approximate cost. I authorized the additions and still received my vehicle back about 15 minutes early. Great work!! More
