"Friendly and Ready to Make a Deal"
I had an excellent experience yesterday at this dealership. I came in only wanting to test drive a Pacifica after hearing it was a good substitute for the Honda Odyssey (I had already spent a few hours at a Honda dealership that morning but found the new pricing for the Odyssey way out of control. The salesmen there were aggressive and quite honestly, annoying). When I arrived at Brooklyn Chrysler, I was warmly greeted by Debra and introduced to a relaxed and very helpful salesman, Damien. In a matter of minutes, he had me test driving a Pacifica. He didn't push or try to sell it. Only after I mentioned that my lease was almost up he simply said, "We'll get you a deal you'll be happy with." Before long, after I threw out my number (not expecting it to be accepted because the other dealers I spoke to said there's no way you can find a minivan for this price anymore), Damien's supervisor (sorry, forget his name, nice, capable bald guy) came over and okayed it. I was sold. They inspected my 2014 Odyssey, we did the trade, we called my insurance, and in a matter of just a few hours total, I was on my way home with a new Pacifica. I'm thrilled by the service I received (even had a nice chit chat with the friendly manager), had a breezy financial checkout with Mike (I believe) and was on my way home with a new car.
