Salesman and new car manager kept saying they were saving one for a colleague and pushing me toward the other. I agreed and regret it as it’s Ben in the shop at another dealer for 2 days with issues. The problem I have is the one i purchased had 250 miles on it and I believe someone knew at this dealership there were issues and the next working day I called multiple times to talk to new car and finance manager and was told he was with a customer. Never heard back from any sales manager. I should have insisted on looking at 2nd Explorer that was advertised. Being a military man I should have gone with my gut and didn’t More

No follow through or sense of urgency getting accessories installed after the vehicle was delivered. If you choose to add items to your vehicle, do NOT take delivery until all items are installed. As they were installing items after I took delivery, the broke the bug shield I just installed the day prior. They never told me the broke it and replaced it without telling me. I called and questioned them and they made it right. Overall good experience just be on your toes and make sure the vehicle is as promised before taking delivery. More
