The most surprising thing to me is I scheduled to meet him in person last Saturday, he confirmed it, but when I was there he pissed me off and he didn't say “hi” to me. Just one of his coworkers was sent to handle the situation. I hope this staff can do it well. Today I called him and asked how the process was going. He said he submitted it and it’ll take a couple weeks again. When I asked for the previous one, if I wanted to know I had to call my lien holder. So, if I need to do it myself, what are the fees that I paid for? More
