I wouldn’t recommend this dealership or their service department to anyone. Went in to get the shifter bushing replaced which was a recall by Ford. I get my car back and it won’t shift into drive witho department to anyone. Went in to get the shifter bushing replaced which was a recall by Ford. I get my car back and it won’t shift into drive without some effort. I call my service advisor about the issue and no answer, no problem, I leave a message. Next day I still haven’t heard from him and call again. Still no answer nor return call from my second message. I show up. He looks at the car and states it’s not binding when shifting from park to drive. It goes off to the shop and they tell my my shift cable is broken. how was this not caught BEFORE I got it back? I’m told I’ll be in a rental and it’ll be done tomorrow. I ask them to drive the car around for me to get my belongings when I’m told the vehicle is inoperable and I’ll need to go to the car to get my stuff. No problem. Get checked out and the service guy says “the valet will be with you in a minute. After waiting 15 minutes the valet comes up and asks me if he could help. I show him the paperwork and he states “no one gave me this”. The following day I’m expecting my car back but no call, so I call and guess what. No answer and no return call. Finally the following day I call in the morning, same thing however I get an swear in the afternoon. I mention who I am and ask about the vehicle and he states “yeah, it’s been ready, I meant to call you”. Meant to call me? I wasn’t pleased with my experience at this location and wouldn’t encourage any one to come either. More
