I brought my car in for service on short notice for an a/c problem, and my awesome service representative, Dan Beavers, got the problem diagnosed in record time. It turned out to be a bad part – something a/c problem, and my awesome service representative, Dan Beavers, got the problem diagnosed in record time. It turned out to be a bad part – something that can happen to anyone. He kept me informed the whole time, and I am happy to report that the problem was expertly solved at no cost to me. The service is very organized I will admit, but I was very disappointed when doing my recall the panel below was as damaged and the dealership didn’t do or say anything about it. Johany courteous and respectful. Stayed in touch with me on status at all times. Claim for transmission on a 4 year old car denied by 3rd party Eric for air filter. I called ford war Stayed in touch with me on status at all times. Claim for transmission on a 4 year old car denied by 3rd party Eric for air filter. I called ford warranty co. and claim was never submitted. They pulled up maint. Records by VIN. Told me transmission covered. Elder never submitted claim. It seems like a scam for Elder to get paid by customer and also warranty after the fact. More
