This was my first time buying a car and Dan made the experience as easy as possible. I had been looking for a Mercedes GLK for quite a while and had let Dan know a few months ago and he called me as soo experience as easy as possible. He was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and getting me all of the information I requested. Furthermore, Dan helped us pick a third party warranty that covered everything I needed a warranty to cover. It was very obvious that he had been very intentional in picking a quality warranty that was effective and affordable. On the test drive, my mother found an issue with the back left shock pad and RBM Alpharetta not only replaced the left shock pad but also the right free of charge, which I really appreciated. Lisa was very helpful in explaining the finances involved and was very patient and thorough in her explanations, which, as a first time car buyer, I really appreciated. Elisabeth was also very helpful when going through all of the features of the car and helping me set up all the settings to my preference. Ms. Kim has worked with my family for a very long time and was very generous in taking a look at the car and giving us her honest opinion of the quality of the car. She is the best! Overall a great experience! I would recommend RBM Alpharetta any day! More
