He is the most professional, no-pressure sales person we have had in all the years that we have purchased vehicles (about 55 years). We bought our latest vehicle in Sept. 2019 but, due to a backlog in the production process we were unable to take delivery until Jan. ,2020. Dan kept us informed as to the progress at the factory in Alabama. Thanks Dan for making this purchase easy. From Dan Berry to Tom Ahern in Finance to Diane Evans(she showed us how to operate our new vehicle) we have been extremely pleased. We highly recommend RBM of Alpharetta and the whole staff to any one wishing to purchase a new Mercedes. Also, the service department is top notch. More
