First let me say the relationship started back around 2001 when I began having all service done on my then new 2001 E Class by RBM of Roswell. My current Sales Executive, Dan Berry, took care of me all those early years in his prior role as a Service Professional at that location. Dan of course is the consummate professional and I followed him to RBM of Alpharetta for the continued MB exceptional service experience. Neither Dan nor the dealership have ever let me down. I hope he didn't mind enduring my almost twenty years before I moved on from being a service only to a sales customer, but of course he always said "whenever you're ready, just let me know..." in the most sincere manner. RBM of Alpharetta will continue to receive my business and I gather from other reviews here, that I am not alone in my opinion of the great job and MBUSA experience they deliver. More

We went on several test rides to make sure we understood the difference between the types of cars we were looking at. We also had a complete review of the car and all of the features prior to riding off the lot. I had very high expectations leading up to our visit and the whole team at RBM of Alpharetta far exceeded those. I will definitely come back to them for my next car. More
