The whole sales process was very upfront, honest, friendly and smooth. Most people would not use words like helpful, honest, friendly maybe even thoughtful and caring to describe some people they encounter during the process of buying a car. I probably would not use all those words out loud but those are the words I am feeling about our experience. Maybe I am on a euphoria high from buying a new car. We were in the market for a certified pre-owned GLC300 and visited other dealerships that just didn't have what we were looking for. Searched the internet and came across the perfect car; contacted the dealership and all details were handled via email. We drove to the dealership on a Saturday and everything was completed seamlessly. Dan Berry, our sales consultant, treated us with the upmost in professionalism and went out of his way to make sure our buying experience was the best it could be. We arrived at the dealership, met with Dan, met with the Finance Consultant, Tom Ahern, who had all documents were prepared, we signed, and were on our way in record time. Third Mercedes purchase from RBM of Alpharetta My wife recently decided to give her '06 E-Class to our granddaughter for her 16th birthday, so last week we trotted back to RBM of Alpharetta to buy My wife recently decided to give her '06 E-Class to our granddaughter for her 16th birthday, so last week we trotted back to RBM of Alpharetta to buy our third Certified Pre-Owned Mercedes from them. Dan Berry in the Sales Department helped us pick out a gorgeous C300 with literally all the bells and whistles (even a steering wheel heater and a Mercedes emblem in the grill that lights up at night). Lisa Brennan in Finance found us the right bank with the right rate and we know that Teresa Cox in the Service Department will take great care of our new vehicle (and our granddaughter's). All in all, it was a wonderful experience. Neil Turry of Management even gave us a Mercedes umbrella. I am going to ask him to pose for a photo with my granddaughter when we sign the title of her first Mercedes over to her soon. More
