Dan sells me my new and used cars while Teresa provides flawless service. I have lost count of the number of cars I have purchased from RBM over the past several years, but my family currently drives four Mercedes. Transactions led by Dan Berry at RBM of Atlanta have been so easy, pleasant, and professional, I have literally gone in for service and ended up driving out in a new car. Dan knows the model, color and options I prefer, and is always on the lookout for the perfect car for me. Dan also lets me know when it is the optimal time to trade one of my current cars. I feel as though I have family members looking out for me. I have always felt as though I have gotten nothing but the best deal possible and I trust, value, and respect Dan's advice. Likewise, when it comes to service, Teresa Cox is the best and easily arranges timely and efficient service visits with loaner cars. Mr. Berry was very professional and assisted me in selecting the vehicle with all the features I wanted. When I requested that the wheels on the vehicle I selected be changed, he worked with the service department to ensure that the wheels would be changed before I arrived since I was traveling from Northeast TN. Additionally, the day arrived I received prompt service. I was in and out within an hour and half. All my paperwork had been previously completed by Mrs. Thompson. I had do was sign.
