It’s our 3rd Mercedes Benz that we bought from R Let me tell you a story of two crazy people (my wife and myself) hunting for a vehicle of our dreams. It’s our 3rd Mercedes Benz that we bought from RBM. Once upon a time, we decided to replace our 2008 BMW 535i with something bigger as we kept running out of space on our vacation trips. After a lot of research we decided on 2011 Mercedes Benz GL350 Bluetec. If you've ever tried to buy a recent GL350 in Atlanta, you know that it is almost impossible. Especially a CPO one, below 50K miles, with a specific combination of colors (exterior/interior), and with some of the options that we just had to have. We called RBM and were pleasantly surprise to find out that our service advisor Dan Berry was now in sales. Long story short, in about 3 weeks Dan and the RBM team found and bought for us a CPO 2012 GL350 in pristine condition, with only 34K miles. They transferred our dream vehicle across the country. Guess also what? The colors were exactly what we wanted (Arctic While/Cashmere), and all but one option were there (we wanted and got KEYLESS-GO, Navigation with iPod Interface, Rear view camera, Parktronic, but no Xenon Headlights) Well, one cannot get everything. The day we came to pick up our vehicle, RBM was ready with a lot of paperwork prepared ahead of time. The whole process went very fast and was well organized. They even walked us through the vehicle so we would be comfortable to drive it home (with a full tank of diesel fuel). A few days later we discovered that included user manual was from M-Class, and Dan promptly helped us to replace it with the correct one (GL-Class). Honestly, at the beginning I did not think RBM would be able to do what we wanted. I have always been happy with RBM but kind of thought it would be unreasonable to expect a dealer to go an extra mile just to get a vehicle for us (from across the country). Well, not only did they find the vehicle that was better than our target, they also delivered such special shopping experience that leaves absolutely no place in my mind to go anywhere else for my next vehicle. And I am not even mentioning great service experience we have had with RBM for the last 7 or so years. At the end of the day, I would like to thank Dan Berry and RBM of Alpharetta for doing such outstanding job and being consistent in providing great customer experience for such a long time. Great job guys! I will keep bringing my business to you because dealers like that are few and far between. More

Dan was absolutely the best of the best to work with as was RBM North. Not only did Dan find the perfect "fit" for our car needs, he was extremely knowledgeable and most pleasant to do business with. We had shopped for several months in Florida and Georgia and found the best deal by far with Dan and RBM. We have had many years of car buying experience but this is the first time we have experienced such professionalism and courtesy...and...at a darn god price!! You can't go wrong. More

I worked with Dan Berry - a pleasant person to work with. We went in with intention of looking at the MLs and Dan took the time to let us test drive and went over the features. We had planned to check out the car we wanted at another location but we are glad we stopped at RBM of Alpharetta first - from Sales to Finance to Delivery - the experience was fantastic. Absolutely no pressure to buy (even on warranties), every question I asked was answered. Top notch all the way - I look forward to same experience with their service department. Thank you for keeping the customer in mind. More

We experienced only laid back helpfulness, friendly attitudes on everyone's part, and best of all, a xxxx good price on the car we selected! My, how unusual! More

I have been a customer of RBM North's service department since they opened a few years ago. I have been taking my Mercedes for periodic service and have been very pleased with their service. Dan Berry has since they opened a few years ago. I have been taking my Mercedes for periodic service and have been very pleased with their service. Dan Berry has been the person that I have had the pleasure to do business with. He is a pro and is always helpful. I will always bring my Mercedes for service to RBM-North because of Dan and the great team at RBM. Recently I purchased a CPO C300 from Bill Favini in sales. Bill is very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with during the purchasing and delivery process. He pointed me in the right direction that resulted in my purchase of my C300. I am very pleased with the C300. I strongly recommend that you work with Bill Favini when you purchase a vehicle from RBM. More

I have been doing business with RBM for 15 years, and RBM North since they opened. My wife and I have been Mercedes owners for over 35 years. At RBM North we have found an incredible, customer focused team that strives hard to delight us in every transaction ... service work and new car purchases. I wish to thank every one of the individuals who have worked with us, but I also want to recognize Randy Powell in particular. Not only is Randy truly service and customer oriented, it is clear he has instilled those values across the entire team of his leadership and staff. Buying a car through RBM North will make every other car buying experience pale in comparison! I have never had such a relaxed, enjoyable time buying a car! My husband bought me a beautiful new 2012 C250 for my birthday and our salesperson David Wang was amazing to work with. Very knowledgeable, low-key, funny, and there was no uncomfortable hard sales pitch. If you want to buy a world class luxury car from a great dealership, go see David at RBM. I also enjoy working with Dan Berry our service manger. He puts you right at ease, explains everything clearly, and is such a nice guy. Everyone I have met at RBM has been down to earth and a true joy to work with. More

Have bought new and used from RBM and have had all my Mercedes serviced at the dealership. They get 5 stars from me. They have always been fair, prompt, and extremely courteous.
