Britt Kaminsky is, in my book, rated a 10 on a 5-point scale! He actually assisted me when my original contact had a conflict for my appointment. Britt stepped in and immediately treated me like an old friend. He was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Britt took me for a pleasurable test drive, all the while educating me about my CPO GLC300. He stayed past store closing to help me close my deal, as I was anxious to have this vehicle as my own. Upon delivery, Britt walked me through all the steps and conducted a "professional photo shoot" for me to share with all my friends : ). I had a minor issue that was addressed as top priority by Brett, Daice, and the service manager. This is when the team really shined! Brett immediately engaged support and followed up with me 4 times over the next 24 hours. Count me as a happy RBM of Alpharetta customer who will be sending her friends your way!! More
