RBM of Alpharetta, it’s one of the best dealerships I have dealt with. The minute you walk in the door everyone is so friendly and helpful. You feel right at home. I can’t say enough about Dan Berry. This is the third car I've bought from Dan and the fourth from RBM. I would not buy a car from any other dealership. There's no pressure to buy a car you don't want just to secure a sale, and no traditional from RBM. I would not buy a car from any other dealership. There's no pressure to buy a car you don't want just to secure a sale, and no traditional annoying or manipulative car salesman tactics. It's clear to me that the philosophy there is customer-centric. The customer service is outstanding, among the best in the business. Dan worked me in on extremely short notice accommodating my busy schedule, and he made it work within his busy schedule. The gentleman that showed me the functions of the car was extremely knowledgeable and got all the app and online features set up in record time and he even got the connect app transfered from the car I traded to the one I bought so I did not have to spend hours. It was an overall great experience and I would, and do, recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes to buy it from RBM of Alpharetta. I live about 1.5 hours away and the closet Mercedes dealership would shave off 30 minutes, but RBM is worth the extra drive. More

ALL PARTIES KNOW HOW ANXIOUS I WAS TO GET INTO THE SL63 THE OF ALPHARETTA, DAN BERRY, NEAL (SALES MGR), AND ROBERTO (FINANCE SPECIALIST) TREATED ME. ALL PARTIES KNOW HOW ANXIOUS I WAS TO GET INTO THE SL63 THEY HAD ON THE SHOWROOM - THEY GAVE ME A GREAT DEAL, AND GOT THE FINANCING LINED UP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE.
