First Subaru It was a pleasure working with Dan Meola. He did not put any pressure on me. When we finished the deal over the phone price was very reasonable but wh It was a pleasure working with Dan Meola. He did not put any pressure on me. When we finished the deal over the phone price was very reasonable but when I went to purchase the car price came up little higher than what we agreed. It was still fair price for the car, so can't complain. I can't say same things about finance guy Kevin. He tried to increase price of the car by adding some strange interest rates and asking for a down payment. He made some calculations that no one would understand. Try not to deal with him if you can. Thank you Dan for making this process easy. More

Liberty made buying a car easy! After shopping in person at another dealer, I decided to buy a 2015 Forester Limited. Unfortunately the other dealers made the buying process diffi After shopping in person at another dealer, I decided to buy a 2015 Forester Limited. Unfortunately the other dealers made the buying process difficult. They would not negotiate over the phone and one told me that they added a mandatory $199 to the price of the car for etching the windows with the VIN number... not something that I was willing to pay for. I called Liberty and spoke with Clayton Earl. I told him the best pricing I received on TrueCar and asked what we could do. He matched the price which was $2500 off of MSRP. This was a better deal for me because the other dealer was 20 miles from my home and Liberty was just 6 miles away. I drove to the dealership, met Clayton and the paperwork was done within 15 minutes! No sales pressure, no let me take this to may manager nonsense and no up-selling - well he did offer the extended warrantee but he did not hard sell it and moved on when I said no. With the options that I wanted, he said that I would have the car within 2 weeks. Well the car was actually ready in just 4 days! I could not have been happier with the process of buying a new car! More

I'm a no xx kind of guy and I reached out to many many dealerships in the area for a no nonsense price and a quick transaction. The way I like to buy cars is to get an out the door price before I set foot in the dealership, and then I'm in and out in one visit. Needless to say, many dealerships didn't make the cut. My expectations were fully met at Liberty Subaru. Dan Meola was fantastic to work with, he gave me an out the door price immediately and was very informative on what he needed to close the deal. My only minor gripe was that the car came almost a month after it was supposed to, but there was a bad weather spell and as we all know s*** happens. He was up front about the delays and prompt with his replies, so no harm no foul. In person, he was just as friendly and knowledgeable. Kevin Mark was the finance guy and he was also superb to work with. Unlike many finance guys who are absolutely irritating when it comes to pushing warranties, Kevin just asked straight up whether we wanted any extras. When we said no that was the end of that. Can't say enough good things about Kevin, we were in and out of there in less than ten minutes as well. All in all, superb dealership. If you want a quick deal at a fair price with no xx, I can't recommend Dan Meola and Kevin Mark enough. Thanks again and happy holidays guys. More

My journey of owning a 2015 WRX After speaking to 15 Subaru dealers from WNY, PA, NJ, downstate NY, and Delaware I finally found a dealership with a fair price. I order my vehicle in May 2014 and received it during the last week of October. Dan Meola you are amazing. Being able to beat the other dealerships price for my vehicle on a phone call was an “AWE” inspiring experience. Even though Subaru (in Cherry Hill) was not honoring my VIP discount through my company you still made this major purchase easy and fair. Dan AKA “DJ” customer service skills are outstanding. Keeping me abreast on information on my car from May to October via telephone or email you exceeded my expectations in the communication category. It was a long wait for my car to be built but well worth it. I truly appreciated this whole buying a car experience at Liberty Subaru. I have purchased many cars from different states from Galveston, Texas to Delaware and this experience was the best overall. In the future, if any of my family members or friends need to purchase a Subaru I will definitely recommend to purchase their vehicle from Liberty in Emerson, NJ. I never was a fan of purchasing cars through major dealerships like liberty but through Dans fantastic customer service my entire outlook on that has changed! Also another note Tom Portee was great too(finance guy) will find you the best loan at the best interest rate! I will definitely return to Liberty because of Dan Meola and Tom Portee for my next purchase and will absolutely recommend to friends and family! More

Couldn't even get a price quote from other dealers and Liberty gave me one over the phone and we easily and quickly came to a price we both felt good about. When car was delivered they went through the car details with me thoroughly until I was comfortable and ready to go on my way. So far very happy with the car! More

Liberty Subaru, Dan Meola and me: Perfect Together! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Liberty Subaru and in particular from Dan Meola. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years so I was I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Liberty Subaru and in particular from Dan Meola. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 13 years so I was really able to do my homework in terms of trim levels, price and reputation of dealerships. Entering through the Internet portal, I was introduced to Dan. It was a no-pressure process from start to finish. I told him what I wanted, what I was willing to pay... and we did the contract and shook hands. I picked up my 2015 Outback Limited with Eyesight this past Monday. Dan subsequently called me once and emailed me another time to ensure that I was happy with the vehicle. He told me he would be available anytime for any questions concerns, etc. When my wife and I need another vehicle, we will return to Liberty Subaru and ask for Dan Meola. I encourage everyone to do the same. More

I'm saying that because I'm usually suspect extremely positive and glowing reviews. Such as is mine. That being said I have to say that this has been the absolute best experience I have ever that I've had. My sales person was Dan DJ Meola. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Not to mention low-pressure. Everything that you would look for in an excellent salesperson. As far as the rest of the car buying experience goes, financing was excellent I was able to obtain a great interest rate. In my previous experiences buying a car from other dealers I felt like just another customer and they were just trying to sell me a car and get me out the door. With Liberty Subaru it was different. They weren't just trying to sell me a car. They wanted to build a relationship. And to make sure that I was happy. Customer first. More

You don't get the feeling very often when you buy anything let alone a car that you got a great deal, but when we left this place we were positive we couldn't do any better any where else, Dan is a very personable caring individual and you get that feeling once you meet him. I know if any one in my family members or friends were looking to buy a car I'd send them there. We never felt hurried, rushed or misinformed, Dan was patient, caring and a very clear spoken young man, he helped us to relax through the whole process of "the buying a car experience".
