We had a very specific vehicle in mind we were looking for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found ourselves at Luther Bloomington Kia. I pulled in and their lot appeared smaller and was concerned we were not going to find what we wanted here either. To our suprise, they very quickly searched their inventory and was able to show us stats and pictures of the vehicles they had we were looking for. One in particular stood out to us immediately and we went for a test drive. Customer Service was great and timely. They were also able to show me the CarFax report that I requested quickly. I had been planning to do a private sale of my current vehicle as I was skeptical any dealer was going to actually give me what I thought it was worth so I hadn't cleaned or prepped it for a trade in. They offered to give us a free quote on what they would give it's trade in value at so out of curiosity I agreed. I was surprised to find that I was very satisfied with the amount they agreed to (Very Fair). While it was still less than I probably could have made on a private sale they provided a gas gift card as well as a $250 credit to use at any Luther Dealer (Can be used on regular maintenance) and when I coupled that with the money I was saving on sales tax it made it worth it to me. My only comment in regards to improving service was how long it took for us to process the paperwork and leave with our new vehicle. We arrived around 12:30 and by 1:30-2:00 we had chosen our new vehicle and agreed on a trade in price for our old one. However, we did have to wait for 1.5-2 hours to do our paperwork and leave. We didn't get to leave until after 4pm. In their defense, it was a busy Saturday and we hadn't made an appointment. However, it would have been nice to get in and out of there more quickly. They did provide water and a comfortable sitting area with cable TV while we waited. More

If anyone has had a bad experience with the process of buying a new car, I highly recommend buying one through this dealer, as they will make everything so much easier. More

We picked up our second KIA Soul last evening at Luther KIA of Bloomington. This one we leased and the terms were just right. Bayo was our salesman for the first Soul as well as this one. Don and Dan the managers were very courteous and professional. Jimmy, the business manager, was very polite, knowledgeable and forthright. I am 63 years old and have leased or purchased many cars in my time. These people treated us better than any other car dealership staff has ever treated us. My wife's experience purchasing her KIA is what led us back to Luther and in particular Bayo Mustapha Jr., to lease another one. My wife's Soul is white and mine is black. Hopefully there is no double meaning here. These are great cars with the best warranty in the business and I would highly recommend Luther KIA of Bloomington, Mn. to anyone. Thanks. More

I came to this dealership on a research project looking for the best deal but also dependability, great gas mileage, smooth ride, and safety. I met Jamie and informed him I did not want pressured into buyi for the best deal but also dependability, great gas mileage, smooth ride, and safety. I met Jamie and informed him I did not want pressured into buying a car. He LISTENED to what I was looking for, my budget, and especially safety. He asked all the right questions even some that I did not think of. He suggested the Hybrid. We took a ride and at that moment I knew I was sold. I didn't tell Jamie as I still wanted to research, I was skeptical. I talked to a lady while waiting for Jamie and we shared stories of my past KIA ownership. Again, she was an Optima person herself. After my test drive, Jamie did the one thing no Luther Dealership had done, he handed me a 2013 KIA Optima booklet. He also talked briefly on Crystal coating, MN Option package, etc. I stared in utter disbelief. I told Jamie I was shocked. I came home read the booklet, researched more. Traced my mileage for the week and called back suggesting a smaller vehicle like the Yaris or Sportage. For every reason I came up with for not buying the Hybrid, Jamie gave me 10 good reasons to buy. On Saturday, I was pretty down, as the bank had given us issues on my inheritance and I thought it was over and I would have to start all over again. Between Jamie and the Finance Manager I came home with my Optima Hybrid. Would I recommend this dealership? xxxx straight I will and the staff also. Everyone even those I did not interact with was friendly, smiling, polite, respectful and most of all FUN. I never had an experience in buying a car like this. It was fun, educational, and the staff (from Sales to Finance) was GREAT! Thanks so much KIA of Bloomington for coming into my life and making such a great experience.
