Not only did LBK give me the lowest price, but they had a seemingly nice group of individuals working the night I was there as well. I got a lease on a car for $30-$100/month cheaper than what any of the local comp/co-petitors offered, for a price I was told was impossible. Last, but not least, I have to single out Pat Chiero, my salesperson; he was great. He's a friendly, intelligent, and relaxed guy. I felt like he was on my side throughout the entire experience. A+ dealership! I felt like I made some friends along the way! More

A Complete Turnaround It's been years since I purchased a vehicle. I expected the worst and received the best. Starting with Vern Prosser who patiently answered my online/phone questions. I came in and worked with Ben Strathman who was wonderful and very knowledgeable. I met Dan Dingmann and accepted the deal presented and moved on to Finance to work with a woman whose name I do not have in front of me. She was very courteous and thorough. This was a nice experience. Great job!! More

Friendly, Knowledgeable, Efficient, "No Pressure" My husband and I had did internet research on Kia vehicles. Though this research we found a Kia Sportage we were interested in test driving. We conv My husband and I had did internet research on Kia vehicles. Though this research we found a Kia Sportage we were interested in test driving. We conversed numerous times, emailing Heidi. We had many questions and each were answered in a timely manner, thus, we scheduled a test drive. We live three hours away, so we wanted to make sure that this vehicle was what we wanted. We arrived on a Saturday morning to be greeted by a smiley, under 5' tall lady, named Heidi. She was so fun to work with. Took a test drive. Then Dan talked to us about our trade in, and he was so willing to work with us. After we decided "yes" we want the Sportage, we met with Adam. Adam walked us though every step of purchase, and we signed more papers then we did when we purchased our first home....lol! Everyone we dealt with were so nice, absolutely "no pressure", which made it so easy to purchase a vehicle. When we got home, we noticed that there were no floor mats in the front or the back seat area. We contacted Heidi, and "walla", they will be put in the mail for us.....how nice is that. We certainly recommend that anyone interested in buying a Kia, contact Luther Kia of Bloomington, you will not be disappointed, and they take "customer service" to the next level. Thank You! More

Great service! I began looking for lease options for a Kia Optima a little over a week ago. I submitted a request to Luther Kia of Bloomington for more information a I began looking for lease options for a Kia Optima a little over a week ago. I submitted a request to Luther Kia of Bloomington for more information and received a follow-up call & email from John Amos within 30 minutes. I appreciated the quick response. I went in knowing pretty much exactly what I wanted, so John didn't have to sell me on anything. However, John was very helpful in explaining the different options and fun to work with. I enjoyed working with him throughout the process. Between John, Dan and Cal, they were able to get me to a number I was comfortable with. I also appreciated the knowledge Cal had regarding my potential trade-in and the offer he gave me for my Mazda was very fair. I decided on the EX Premium trim in White, which is apparently a very popular option. They did not have the exact color & trim available at the Bloomington location, but it was no problem for them to get it from another dealer. I was able to pick up my Optima 3 days later (would have been sooner, but one of the days was a Sunday) Overall, my experience with the team at Luther Kia of Bloomington was very positive. A couple small things could have gone smoother (speed of getting into finance office, misunderstanding about check for down payment), but ultimately I was very happy with how everything went. And I LOVE my new car! Couldn't be happier with it! More

If anyone has had a bad experience with the process of buying a new car, I highly recommend buying one through this dealer, as they will make everything so much easier. More

We had a very specific vehicle in mind we were looking for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found for (FWD, 2011 or newer Kia Sorento with under 30,000 miles). We went to 4 dealerships looking for what we wanted in our price range before we found ourselves at Luther Bloomington Kia. I pulled in and their lot appeared smaller and was concerned we were not going to find what we wanted here either. To our suprise, they very quickly searched their inventory and was able to show us stats and pictures of the vehicles they had we were looking for. One in particular stood out to us immediately and we went for a test drive. Customer Service was great and timely. They were also able to show me the CarFax report that I requested quickly. I had been planning to do a private sale of my current vehicle as I was skeptical any dealer was going to actually give me what I thought it was worth so I hadn't cleaned or prepped it for a trade in. They offered to give us a free quote on what they would give it's trade in value at so out of curiosity I agreed. I was surprised to find that I was very satisfied with the amount they agreed to (Very Fair). While it was still less than I probably could have made on a private sale they provided a gas gift card as well as a $250 credit to use at any Luther Dealer (Can be used on regular maintenance) and when I coupled that with the money I was saving on sales tax it made it worth it to me. My only comment in regards to improving service was how long it took for us to process the paperwork and leave with our new vehicle. We arrived around 12:30 and by 1:30-2:00 we had chosen our new vehicle and agreed on a trade in price for our old one. However, we did have to wait for 1.5-2 hours to do our paperwork and leave. We didn't get to leave until after 4pm. In their defense, it was a busy Saturday and we hadn't made an appointment. However, it would have been nice to get in and out of there more quickly. They did provide water and a comfortable sitting area with cable TV while we waited. More
