After tire rotation, technician left lug nuts very loose on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Service sent technicians to my home, tightened lug nuts, took car to shop for checkout, returned car on one of four wheels. Car vibrated severely. Service sent technicians to my home, tightened lug nuts, took car to shop for checkout, returned car to my garage. While very disappointed with the error, we could have had a serious accident, Service Lead and Manager took very quick action to resolve the problem.
