He took care of the financing and the transfer of plates and made the purchase a pleasure. The car was detailed and an alarm system was included in the purchase. My wife and I truly enjoyed the experience and we would go back to him for another car when we are ready to trade again. More

A Loyal and Dedicated Sales Person - Mr. Trent Nicoles I have been dealing with Mr. Trent Nichols since he began working with Tucson Subaru and my wife and I will not deal with any one other sales person o I have been dealing with Mr. Trent Nichols since he began working with Tucson Subaru and my wife and I will not deal with any one other sales person other than Trent. He has helped us trade-in and purchase four vehicles at his dealership. We know him as not just a sales person, but as a personal friend. We continue to hear from him and talk about our families and what is going on in our lives. I know that his success as a sales person is because of his caring nature to help, advise, and create real friendships with his clients. As long as Trent continues to work at Tucson Subaru, we will continue to support and purchase our vehicles from him. Tucson Subaru is very fortunate to have Trent as their top sales person. More

Excellent My first contact with Tucson Subaru was in 2001 when I brought a Forester that I'd purchased in Massachusetts in for service. The person whom I dealt My first contact with Tucson Subaru was in 2001 when I brought a Forester that I'd purchased in Massachusetts in for service. The person whom I dealt with then was Dan Ford and his helpfulness and friendliness convinced me that you guys were a great dealership. When it came time to buy a new car, I ended up making first contact with Ken Murch in sales. He too was friendly and helpful and I didn't even look at other brands or dealerships. How could any be better than you guys? I ended up buying a 2015 Outback, with which my wife and I are very pleased. We've dealt with a few other folks there who deserve special mention: Wendy, who in a one minute phone call, diagnosed and solved a steering wheel jam problem I was having with the old Forester (the ignition key was worn) and Matt Price, who handled all the arrangements while the new car was being prepped. My apologies if I have left some one out. I recommend Tucson Subaru unreservedly. More

CJ Nichols knows every detail about each one of these vehicles, and was totally straightforward and helpful in matching me up with the right car. He clearly stands behind the Subaru brand. Price and features were great, and Tim Hanson in finance helped with an offer that was available at the time and made all the details of that process go very smoothly - I'd even say it was painless. I've had many years of experience working with the service department as well and look forward to continuing that with the new vehicle. Dan Ford runs a great team and Ivan Salazar is an excellent addition. Very professional all around. Never had a bad experience with this dealership in any way and it's great to have the new location with the new service shop too. More

Dealer succeeds where Insurance company fails Tucson Subaru's Service Dept. went Above and Beyond the call of duty. I had the misfortune to hit some debris on the road hidden by weeds. We return Tucson Subaru's Service Dept. went Above and Beyond the call of duty. I had the misfortune to hit some debris on the road hidden by weeds. We returned home and changed to the toy tire automakers call a spare and limped to the dealership 62 miles away. I stopped twice to make sure everything was OK, it was. When we got to the dealership the spare was sitting at a funny angle. All was not well. The Dealership started working with the insurance adjustors and we went on a scheduled trip to Virginia so I could officiate at my son's wedding. We kept in touch with the dealership and adjustors. For reasons best known to the insurance company, they insisted on a used part for some of the front suspension. I objected and became quite upset when the part turned out to be damaged and insisted on new OEM parts. The service department removed the damaged goods and installed new parts. Grades: Tucson Subaru A++++, Adjustors F---, Insurance Agent A. We finally received the repaired vehicle one week (and two loaner cars later) after we expected it. The adjustors tried to save less than $100 with the used part. It cost them my good will plus the extra fees for installing then removed damaged goods. Would you want used parts on your cars front end suspension system? I wouldn't, especially considering that most of our driving is high speed Interstate.. More

ASK FOR TRENT!! HE'S AWESOME!!! Was in the market to buy my first nicer car, I had two things I was looking for, 1.) Something fun to drive and 2.) Under 15k. So I started at Chapman Was in the market to buy my first nicer car, I had two things I was looking for, 1.) Something fun to drive and 2.) Under 15k. So I started at Chapman because my work has affiliations with them. Big mistake. I drove 15 miles, the salesman asked how he could help me I told him those two things and he laughed and asked me if I worked at Starbucks (I'm assuming because I'm young and looking for a reasonably priced vehicle?) So I instantly left that ghetto dealership and went to Subaru where I meant Trent. It took 4 months until I found a vehicle I said yes to, but Trent never gave up, never stopped treating me with respect, and when all was said and done he earned a lifelong customer as I will be doing business exclusively with him when it comes to buying vehicles. And a big shout out to the entire dealership, every single person I came in contact with greeted me with a smile every time. The word "dealership" doesn't do this place justice, it should be called a "dealerfriendship" More
