I asked for them to look at my rear drivers side wheel as it had been low and I had to pump it up multiple times. I dropped my vehicle off the night before for morning service and I had to reach out to them it had been low and I had to pump it up multiple times. I dropped my vehicle off the night before for morning service and I had to reach out to them at noon. I had scheduled an 8:30 appointment, and they had not gotten to my car yet. Once all service was completed they assured me my tire was fine and they topped it off with air. Two days later it was low again. I took it to a local tire shop and there was a nail present. Obviously they did not even inspect my tire. It makes me question whether my brakes, that I also asked to be looked at, are fine like they claim. Just not a great experience overall for the price paid. More

This dealership has lost my business and respect due to they screwed me out of a vehicle that they said is unsafe however could not provide evidence or give any reasons.
