I grew up in Philadelphia, PA, went to college in Grand Rapids, MI and then moved to Rochester, NY to be closer to family. My wife and I love to travel and find ourselves spending most of our vacation time with family or at weddings. Selling cars has been a hobby of mine for a long time and now I do it for a living. Air bag recall Did a recall on my 2012 Fusion , gave us a loaner to use while they did the recall . Took a day , also did an oil change and pointed out some things t Did a recall on my 2012 Fusion , gave us a loaner to use while they did the recall . Took a day , also did an oil change and pointed out some things that we should do on the car . No pressure on doing them . Very happy with the whole procedure !! More

Transparency Friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of transparency when it comes to trade-in value could be better. trade-in b Friendly, helpful, and responsive. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of transparency when it comes to trade-in value could be better. trade-in based on local auction deals, i dont believe the public has access to that knowledge. If you are used to negotiating with dealerships, Van Bortel might not be your dealership of choice. However, Overall the price of the vehicle was good. It appears Ford is now competing more with other brands by offering larger rebates than in the past. If rebates are not large, going to another dealership is a must to compare costs. I considered Van Bortel 2 yrs ago but put off by one salesman. Different salesman made the difference. More
