He provided all information we needed to make a decision without any pressure. He assumes the customer decides at their own pace, educates you about the product, points out new improvements over previous models and works hard to finds the vehicle you want if they don’t have it in stock. He establishes as much relationship as you want, Our agenda is his guide rather than his own. He has also been very helpful to Friends we have referred to Frankfort Toyota. Although he made the sale, FT service department sold us on their dealership over the last 10 years, even though we had purchased the van we had them at another area dealership. Plus, their wait area is the best! More

Amazingly Friendly Customer Service I just visited the Frankfort Toyota dealership for the very first time yesterday and I was amazed by the wonderful customer service I experienced! There was no pressure or rushing. My sales consultant, David Burnside, was up to par with his product knowledge. Most FUN car buying experience EVER! I'd been admiring the C-HR from afar since they came out last year. I finally saw one on the lot that I really wanted and was able to test drive with I'd been admiring the C-HR from afar since they came out last year. I finally saw one on the lot that I really wanted and was able to test drive with Austin Beasley... he made the experience fun and pressure free. He was very thorough in showing me all the great features on the car and wasn't a bit afraid of my driving! haha... Dan and Dana made the process of buying even easier and Chris's help with the TMMK discount was very helpful. They all make a great team and the follow up with them has been super, Austin and Kelly have checked with me to make sure I'm enjoying the car and have let me know they are a phone call away if I need anything. Expected more I’ve purchased new Toyota vehicles from several other central Kentucky dealers and, quite frankly, had heard the experience at Frankfort Toyota was sp I’ve purchased new Toyota vehicles from several other central Kentucky dealers and, quite frankly, had heard the experience at Frankfort Toyota was special. While I had a decent purchase experience, I was expecting to be wowed. I guess my expectations were set too high. It wasn’t much different than buying in Lexington and ended up costing me several hundred more dollars to go to Frankfort (even though I live in Lexington). The sales staff was nice, but not overwhelmingly so. They did find my vehicle at another dealer and went to get it. Service after the purchase has been limited at best. I asked to be called back on at least one occasion and have not heard from anyone. I would make the drive to Frankfort to have my Toyota serviced but not if it’s the same run of the mill experience I can get just five miles from my home. More
