From the very start, Specialist Sabina Numanovic was especially helpful and informative, as well as cooperative and considerate of our thoughts and requests. That outstanding assistance continued through our visit to inspect the car - and happily through the purchase of the CRV. We found everyone at the dealership to be helpful and supportive vs the unfortunately more common "pushy" and "sales games" dealerships (including recent reminders in the last few weeks from our visits to a few other dealerships during our search). And again, Sabina made the extra efforts to meet our informational and scheduling requests. That was especially appreciated since, although I am in Chicago, my family member schedules visits to Chicago (from Michigan) based on work requirements. Sabina also had the closing and drive-away very well, very nicely organized. I have bought many cars and have also helped multiple family members in their searches.
