Unknowledgable staff, liars Slow leak in tire causing flats. Said they diagnosed it, dunked it in water and nothing was wrong. Found out they never tested it just put air in it and reset the pressure. I found out after I wasted 2-1/2 hours of my day that they don't repair tires just replace them. Had I known that from the beginning I never would have brought it in. They left me stranded the next day, had to alter my travel plans. Since then I no take it to Highland Park Audi, hands down a superior dealership! More
