Upon arriving at the dealership John Miller met us and took the time to show us around. When John learned we had also talked with Dan Lentz, he went inside and brought Dan out to meet us. At that point we had two friendly people helping us and no one was in a rush. All questions were answered and then we proceeded with the purchase of a 2017 Mustang. After we were in side John Miller introduced us to Bruce Billsbeck, another friendly and helpful member of Palmetto Ford. Mike Kalinowski helped us with the financing and gave us various options to choose from. To date this has been the best new car purchase experience we have ever had. After we had purchased the car a young gentleman came out o help us with the technical aspects of the car. Everyone tat played a part in the sale of the car was very patient and helpful. Thank you!!! More

Quite honestly is was like going to see your favorite move. Tom Stawson was detailed , no pressure; extremely knowledgeable. He took me out to test drive different Lincoln models to see and feel the different experiences. He was up front "no nonsense guy", like you knew him for years answering all my questions and interested in everything I had to say. A true professional and made me feel like I knew him for years. I really didn't know too much about the Lincoln MKZ but by the time Tom, and Dan Lentz, went over every feature of the car I was pretty much up to speed. The show room was busy but I felt as if I was the only person there receiving the attention. More

Completely Reassured. Me and my wife were looking for something specific and found exactly what we were looking for at this dealership. Given it was a used vehicle we still Me and my wife were looking for something specific and found exactly what we were looking for at this dealership. Given it was a used vehicle we still filled out the application and were promptly asked to come in by Dan to speak to Boston. Stating that Boston would be our salesman during our car buying experience. Me and my wife started the process on Friday July, 15th, that way the next day all he would need is for us to send our documents. We sent our documents on Saturday and I went by after I got off work. He let me test drive the vehicle and it drove great. I went ahead and put some money down since he said there was no problem about going to put the deal through. Since my wife was at work at the time, I put her on speakerphone so that she would be aware that we would have to come back Monday after our daughters surgery and we would be in and out. Well the first deal they came back with was not acceptable for our budget. So he told us to go home so that he could work out a better deal and he would contact us back, even offered to let us take the car home. The next morning it seems like all hands were on deck and that they were going to make the deal work with our demands. Gary made sure he called me first thing walking in the door. I told him I love Ford service even when purchasing a GM vehicle. The only truck that I will get will always be a Ford, the only brand with 10 versions of the truck in 400 different ways you can get it. So the chance we get to buy a GM vehicle from a Ford dealership vs a GM dealership, my family will always buy it from the Ford dealership. When it comes down to the businesses I use, I base it off the reputation of the product. Our family truck we have is a 2004 Black XLT Triton has over 300K in miles on it and still runs strong. Went to a ford dealership 2hrs away just to get my wife the GMC terrain she wanted. when they had the exact same truck here at a GMC dealership with less miles at a cheaper cost. We agreed we're a Ford family, so we made it a point to only buy our vehicles from a ford dealership. When we came into the dealership this last time, we were in and out with an hr. I was literally able to do all the finance with Mike and be in and out within an hr. Truly a great experience. Once again I'm reassured that Ford service is second to none. More

Pleasurable and Easy Sales Experience Starting with an internet inquiry, I was promptly contacted by Dan who worked quickly to answer my questions and provide transparent pricing so I knew Starting with an internet inquiry, I was promptly contacted by Dan who worked quickly to answer my questions and provide transparent pricing so I knew exactly what to expect. I was travelling from 2+ hours away so the added comfort was much appreciated. During my final call with Dan, he introduced me to Kelvin, who would be taking over my sales experience when I arrived at the dealer. Kelvin was also a pleasure to work with at the time of sale, going over my new vehicle with me, answering questions where he could or engaging another employee where appropriate. He also helped fairly review my trade and negotiate a fair trade in appraisal for both parties. Both gentlemen made an excellent team to assist me in the buying process without being "salesy" or difficult. I have nothing but kind words for them both and would highly recommend them for their customer experience. I love my new F150. Thank you Dan and Kelvin and Palmetto Ford. More
