Outstanding customer service! I have nothing but positive things to say about Palmetto Ford Lincoln. I only had an hour to look at trucks on my first visit and they were great abo I have nothing but positive things to say about Palmetto Ford Lincoln. I only had an hour to look at trucks on my first visit and they were great about showing me everything I wanted to see while accommodating my time constraint. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and they honored the same discounted price when I returned a week later. I called ahead of time to let them know I was ready to close and the whole process only took 2 hours. Kelvin and Dan were awesome, making the experience quick and smooth. They were a pleasure to work with. Mike explained all of the finance/registration options and every document before I signed. I would definitely buy from Palmetto Ford Lincoln again. More

I left feeling confident that Kelvin and Bruce had gotten me the best price they could on the vehicle. The help I received from Dan and Mike as well was very much appreciated. I do not think I would be saying this if it was not for Tom. I got the Truck that I wanted and I got the Man ( Tom Slawson) that I wanted assisting me. A man of his word, the consummate professional and a man who I feel I can talk to later if I have any problems ( which I don't anticipate) in the future. Purchase of New & Preowned Vehicle Back in early Summer, I stopped in Palmetto Ford ( Mamas Used Auto), to look at a truck out front. Tim Sundstom came out to meet me. I was not pla Back in early Summer, I stopped in Palmetto Ford ( Mamas Used Auto), to look at a truck out front. Tim Sundstom came out to meet me. I was not planning on making a purchase at that time but enjoyed talking to Tim and felt comfortable looking further in to the vehicle. He was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I ended up purchasing that day , with the help of Ron Austin. A few months later I purchased another vehicle for my wife , which Mike assisted with ( finance ) , Tim helped us on this transaction. Most recently we purchased a new Expedition and also sent my father in law to the dealership as well. We would highly recommend Tim and Palmetto Ford. More
