Dealers customer service rep quickly tailored the vehicles electronics to our cell phones and preferences as well as very great information on rear hatch height adjustment to prevent hatch damage in a garage. Excellent service from start to finish. Dealer installed options all installed correctly. I traveled from Columbia to Charleston as this dealer had the vehicle and price that I wanted. More

Got back into an SUV at a reasonable price Quick negotiation, pretty good price and trade in allowance. Extended warranty., left out the floor mats that I will go back and ask for. Tim was great and went the extra mile even following me home so my wife could see the car at rush hour. Manly Eubanks, owner, came out to meet me at closing on a very busy day. Car was clean and full of gas and a 172 point inspection as a CPO car. Will work with them again. More

He is well informed about the vehicles on the lot and goes the extra mile to insure we got the best deal available. When I went to the dealership I had no idea what type vehicle I wanted, but Kelvin walked me through options and I was through in less than an hour with the purchase of a new Ford Focus Hatchback, which fit my needs perfectly. Danny Lentz synched my cell phone and explained all the options on the vehicle. Mike Kalinowski processed the paperwork and we completed the sale. This was a good experience. More

Kelvin Ruffin gave us an opportunity to look around and check out the cars without feeling harassed. Kelvin Ruffin was friendly, helpful, and straightforward. He talked to my parents and seemed real knowledgeable about the different cars. I appreciate that he put my parents at ease and explained the benefits of the car I chose. Mike, the finance guy, was real cool and fast. I thought we would be at Ford all night but I was wrong. The sale and paperwork went by so fast and I was shocked. Also, the guy that helped me set up my bluetooth was real cool and professional. This was the biggest purchase for me and it made me feel good to share this special day with my parents.
