Eventually got an appointment when I was able to recover a password to my own account. I was told a week earlier by the service department that they would be in touch to schedule an appointment, but that ne a password to my own account. I was made to wait over 4 hours for a simple oil change and a Bluetooth diagnostic. My car was ready after a couple hours but I was made to wait until they figured out who pays the bill on a company car. T and a Bluetooth diagnostic. My car was ready after a couple hours but I was made to wait until they figured out who pays the bill on a company car. The rep took a picture of my maintenance card and still couldn’t figure it out. Over the years I’ve bought close to 10 cars from Toyota Easley but will not be coming back for any services. I will post my experience on social media. More

Poor service from untrained employee when I had some yellow areas on my service sheet but told me everything was green. Did not give me a copy of my sheet. They lost my keys. My first visit to the service department was a pleasant experience. The signage told me where to go and the helpful folks told me how to sign in for my Toyota's first service visit. They are always so friendly. It is consistent and I appreciate that. My only concern is that every time I take it in they want to do more than I want.
