This man was so easy to work with and he was so accommodating that evening that change my entire perspective about purchasing a car. His patience and dedicated service to his customer ( us ) was second to none. He stayed up till late hours making sure that our administrative paper work all goes smooth and we can drive the car with us. Honestly he made the process painless . He is a straight shooter so to speak and very honest man. I saw one online at Ferman BMW so I drove over from Tampa to check it out. Dan Macdonald was my sales representative and he did a wonderful job. He is a very friendly and engaging individual and he knows his cars. He made me feel at home the entire time I was at the dealership and it restored my faith in dealerships after the last one I went to that was awful and attempting to be deceitful. Dan was upfront and honest with me about what the charges would be, and he got me a great price on my 2017 GTI S. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. 5 years of pining and I’m finally able to drive my dream car home. The rest of the staff was wonderful too.. AJ, Mickey, Brandy, and Chris. I highly reccommend going to Ferman when you’re considering a car.. just ask for Dan; he’ll treat you right. More
