Came for the cars bought because of Dan! My wife and I went late to try and avoid the salesman attack. After looking at a few we were spotted anyway. To our surprise, Dan encouraged us to just look around, gave us a card and let us be for a few. Noticing that we settled on a few he offered to get the keys for a couple and again let is be for a while. He was supposed to leave at 8 but stuck around if we needed him. At nearly 9 we did some quick paperwork and we had an overnight test drive. We chose poorly that first night and traded a Mercedes out for a BMW the next day, again with no pressure. A day with that car and we were sold. Negotiations were straight forward and the final transaction went well. I don't tolerate the high pressure tactics and we never felt pressured at all. This dealership sold this car to me because of that. Well done Dan and Ferman. We will be back. More

After going inside it was like we were bothering them on their lunch and was told what we had is what you see. We went to the new side and spoke to Diego. He went above and beyond and looked up all the trucks that fit our needs. He printed out the info and directed us to the Ferman BMW dealer. Diego made us feel important. We drove over to Ferman BMW and ended up speaking to Dan. We took it for a test drive and noticed a whining noise that we very concerning. We ended up leaving and going to a GMC dealer across the street. Dan called us back and had a tech with him and found the issue and asked us to come back. We ended up coming back and Dan and the Tech spent 45 minutes explaining all the features and benefits of the truck. Dan closed the deal, if not for Dan we would have bought elsewhere. Dan continued to spend some quality time with us up to the end. Dan made us feel like an important customer. More
