I love dogs and follow high school and collegiate wrestling as I used to be one. I'm a supporter of our Military as well as Law Enforcement. I get great joy out of helping others. We immediately felt that he was honest and interested more in our satisfaction than just in a sale. I did not feel anything about my experience was high-pressure or “forced”. This is an experienced team operating under a common goal to please the customer. They performed work on the vehicle in preparation for sale and it was closely monitored by Ryan with status updates regularly provided. He went above and beyond to address every detail of the sale. We were very happy overall with our experience at Ferman, have already recommended to friends and family, and will most likely return in the future. More
