Fantastic customer service. I brought my leased 2021 Pilot Touring in for a safety recall. The lease was coming up in a few months so my salesman Dan showed me a 2023 Pilot El I brought my leased 2021 Pilot Touring in for a safety recall. The lease was coming up in a few months so my salesman Dan showed me a 2023 Pilot Elite that was on the lot while I waited for the service to be completed. By the time I left the dealership I was driving the new Pilot instead of the old one - they make leasing so easy at Bianchi. HIGHLY recommend. More

Dan and everyone else went above and beyond. Had a puppy with us and an elderly dog at home that has super separation anxiety so I needed to be quick.
