I already had an auto loan preapproval, found the vehicle I wanted and the entire process was fairly easy. Less than two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, there were some substantial issues found with the vehicle (it came from the Akron location) that were quoted to cost me $3500+. Dan Plumb stepped up and rectified EVERY issue and at NO cost to me. I was blown away and will NEVER forget what he did to make things right. Thank you Dan, what you did meant the world to me! I would return to this dealership again and again. The only thing I was unhappy about, was the value of my trade-in. However, the price of the new vehicle was reasonable!! More

The best car dealership in the world and the best crew I would just like to say thank you so much for getting me my car when I thought I could not get it. I came in there with a fawn on my face thinking I I would just like to say thank you so much for getting me my car when I thought I could not get it. I came in there with a fawn on my face thinking I will never get a care because all car dealerships are the same they get you all worked up thinking your going to get a car and then tell you we can not help you. Well let me just say these people are no way like that at all!!!!! Mr. Leroy is the best sells man ever!!!!!!!!! Mr. Dan and Brittany you are the best !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They were all so nice and quick and understanding, I just knew I was not going to get a car but I got a car that is so wonderful and I love it please if you want a great deal and great people to help you ask for Mr. Leroy and Mr. Dan who by the way is sooooooo fine !!! he will help you and do everything he can to help get you a car. Amazing! Out of every dealership that I've been to in Cleveland this one by far stood out to be superb! The customer service and the drive to satisfy me in getting me into exactly what I wanted (even with the few bumps I had on my end with credit) was AMAZING. My SA was Leroy whom is phenomenal throughout the entire process and after along with the staff from Dan to Jessica and so many others! The staff here really works as a team to get the job done. I HIGHLY recommend anyone with any credit situation to see these guys I promise that you won't be disappointed! More
