Best experience!! Kelly at the Bedford N. Coast Auto helped me to find the suv I have been searching for! She was wonderful, (felt honestly like I was dealing friends a Kelly at the Bedford N. Coast Auto helped me to find the suv I have been searching for! She was wonderful, (felt honestly like I was dealing friends and I just met her) Tigran greeted us at the door and introduced to Kelly but also checked back in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and recommended a few other vehicles. My dad was so impressed he left his business card to see about getting a truck in the future. I can't say how thankful I am to have met and dealt with everyone here. The GM Dan helped us to feel comfortable with the final deal and Jennifer the finance manager walked us through everything and didn't try to just push a bunch of paperwork at us that we didn't understand and signed. Great experience, very thankful for everyone!! If you want to have personable, great experience buying a car go to the Bedford store and ask for Kelly or Tigran!! They are wonderful!! More

Great experience from start to finish!! I met with a sales person named Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions I had and made me feel welcome there at I met with a sales person named Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After telling him what I was looking for, he steered me in the right direction and made me feel comfortable making a decision. He was laid back and there wasn't any pressure like I have had at other dealers in the past. I ended up driving out of there in my new car the same day!! I would definitely recommend Jeremy and North East Auto to anyone looking for a great selection of vehicles and a great staff! More
