Professional, courteous, and timely I've used three other local Chevy dealers. John Thornton is simply the best. They were honest, friendly, and made an effort to set my expectations a I've used three other local Chevy dealers. John Thornton is simply the best. They were honest, friendly, and made an effort to set my expectations accurately. I would certainly and absolutely use them for even the most complicated services. They replaced my transmission in less than 2 weeks from diagnosis, ordering, and replacing. The car has been perfect ever since. The General Manager, Dan Ramsdell, went to bat (on my behalf) with GM to ensure I was satisfied with my new purchase despite being initially defective. He got me a free 100K, 5 year extentended bumper-to-bumper warranty (on GM's dime) because he wanted to make sure that I continue to purchase Chevy's. For his work, John Thornton will be my DEALER OF CHOICE. More
