Pat remembered us which made the process of selecting our new Pacifica quick and easy. It was like buying a car from an old friend. Pat took the extra effort to find out if it was possible to dealer install a roof rack to the Pacifica we had picked out. He found out it was possible and he added the cost to the paperwork, had it ordered, and scheduled a service appointment to have it installed. When we returned to pick up our new vehicle Pat made quick work of all of the paperwork. Likewise Dan Reitz made our trip through the Finance department smooth and simple. Patrick Walsh was my Sales Associate and I can't say enough about how great he was. Pat immediately brought over a couple of surprises for my kids to play with and made us all feel welcome. He took the time to get to know us before talking business and I appreciated that. I was given a very fair trade in value for my old Wrangler which started the deal off right. The rest went just as smooth with Pat offering plenty of options to make sure the payment ended up to our liking. I returned the next day to finish the paperwork and pick up the new Wrangler and again, the entire process couldn't have been easier. Pat again made me feel welcome and at home while we went through the paperwork. Danny took care of the final financing and was just as great as Pat. Danny made sure that he found the best rate possible for me and laid everything out so it was easy to understand. He also offered several warranty plans, and I mean offered, there was no pressure to add any additional coverage, but he took the time to explain them all and even offered some personally tailored options to better suit me instead of serving up just the stock plans. Working with both Pat and Danny was like hanging out with a couple of buddies, they were excellent. I would highly recommend Bonneville and Son for anyone looking to join the Jeep family as well as Dodge, Chrysler, and Ram. More

The salesman worked with me to get me in the right vehicle at a great price and got me thousands more on my trade than anyone else offered. I ended up right around the payment that I wanted and left with my new truck that same day. All the staff I dealt with were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. I also saw the way they interacted with other customers, new and repeat, and there was a genuineness and friendliness that you won't get anywhere else. This was my 1st time coming here and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. More
