Special Coverage Reimbursement I had check engine light come on. Went to my local garage to see if it was drive able and to find the reason of the problem. I called Palmen to see if it was a warranty issue. I was told it was not so because I live an hour away from the dealership, I had my garage fix it. A week later, I get a letter telling of an extended warranty on the part that I had replaced. I filled out the attached form and headed to Palmen. Talked with Dan First and he took care of the paperwork! I received my reimbursement in less than a week. Totally satisfied with the whole deal top to bottom! Couldn’t have been handled better! Crazy good service! Thank You!! More
