Great experience for a first time car owner. I came into Stamford Ford Lincoln to buy my first car after seeing a used Fiesta in my price range online. We were greeted right away by a few employe I came into Stamford Ford Lincoln to buy my first car after seeing a used Fiesta in my price range online. We were greeted right away by a few employees and were set up to chat with Don Febbraio about what we were looking for. Don is the kind of person you want to speak to when buying your first car. He was extremely polite, funny, enthusiastic about the brand and above all; completely honest. You can tell customer service isn't something they take lightly here. Everyone went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. I am not local to Stamford (I live 30 min away) but I am certainly coming back here for any service my new car needs. I know I'll be in good hands. More

A pleasure all around I had researched my next car on line and called a couple of other dealerships, only to discover that I knew more about their product than they did. T I had researched my next car on line and called a couple of other dealerships, only to discover that I knew more about their product than they did. Then I called Stamford. From the moment that I was connected with Miles, I knew I was finally dealing with professionals. Miles knows his stuff, offers no nonsense, and is truly one of the nicest folks I've met in a while! We discussed a few alternatives, he said he thought he had a car that would exactly meet my requirements and offered me a test drive. I received a fair and honest offer for my trade-in, and was introduced all around to only great professionals from Ton the General Manager to Dan their tech specialist. I didn't have to play games to be offered an great price, and every step went perfectly like clockwork. I can't recall a more pleasant car buying experience. Bravo!! More
