He explored each option with us - helping us determine which would be best to have in our vehicle to best fit our family needs. He know so much about the vehicle that he pointed out things/options and explained why it would be beneficial for us to have a particular option in the vehicle...and, guess what - he was 100% right. I have said a number of times since having my new car how I love all its "bells and whistles". I now can not imagine having a car without the options I have! I love my new Ford Explorer! From the moment I stepped out of my car I enjoyed my experience. Dan greeted me, then allowed me space to walk around independently. When I had decided that I was truly interested in one of their vehicles, he made the whole process seamless. Both the GM and finance manager were incredibly friendly and helpful, as well. The finance manager, Bob Hapner got me a rate the is close to a new car rate... Great job all around. I would recommend Dan Shine to any of my friends and family. I will definitely use this dealer when my wife is up for a new car. More
