We were flying into Phildalephia from Ohio and Dan agreed to hold the car and pick us up at the airport. He even pointed out a few sights along the way back. I found them to be honest, up front and courteous. Every flaw that the car had he made sure I was aware of and took care of a few that were most concerning. It was simple, easy and quick. The flight took longer! Along the way Dan called to make sure we arrived back safely and everyone we dealt with was great. More

This is less than a week after purchase, I understand that no warranty and used vehicle mean they are not responsible. Thought they were a reputable dealer, they didn't offer to check the emission light for me without charging. I can go to AutoZone and find out the code for free. Why didn't Carmen offer that? Not happy now and will probably not purchase or recommend Carmen in the future. More
