MJPython Outstanding sales and service. Even though we were only at the dealership to get information about a remote starter for our 2018 RAV4, talking through Outstanding sales and service. Even though we were only at the dealership to get information about a remote starter for our 2018 RAV4, talking through our needs with Nettie, it became clear that our needs had changed and the car needed to change as well. The 2019 Highlander will tow more than the 2018 RAV4. Simple as that. We could have gotten a Highlander when we got the RAV4, but the towing need had not presented itself at the time. This is our third Toyota we purchased with Nettie. Every one was an easy purchase. That's why we gave Nettie 5 "Rock" Stars. More

My first perfect experience I met with Tony who showed me many options of the car I had in mind. The few out of the bunch that he recommended also peeked my interest. Great car, nice compliments, detailed description. My situation is was unusual due to the purchase of the car but he made sure it was successful without difficulties. Very friendly, knowledgeable, great customer service, understanding, organized...went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate his help as well as all the employees that continue this pattern. I will definitely bring my car in for any service that is necessary. I highly recommend this dealership and Tony himself. My friend has repeatedly bought from him which says a lot in itself. More

Was greeted quickly and warmly by all departments involved in the purchase. Only took 2 hours, start to finish. Was given fair trade in value and discounts on new purchase. Was impressed that dealership had the accessories available I wanted and got them in and installed within a couple days. Dan Wolff did excellent sales job. Was glad to get follow up calls letting me know parts were in and what the benefits were by purchasing from Rudy Luther dealership. I give them the highest recommendation. More
