I was in the market for a new vehicle and Dan was the first person to approach me over email and text. Even when he had my number, he wasn’t pushy nor forced me to buy something I didn’t want. He simply first person to approach me over email and text. Even when he had my number, he wasn’t pushy nor forced me to buy something I didn’t want. He simply introduced himself and made sure I got the car that I wanted and needed. Dan was very communicative over text and checked in with me. As a salesperson myself, Dan understood that I wanted this to be easy and smooth without forcing down any add ons I didn’t want nor need. Dan took it to a personal level in a good way and talked to me a little bit about his life and got to know me as well. Dan made me feel like we’ve been knowing each over for a good while and that made me feel comfortable to proceed with my purchase. I live in Los Angeles and I flew all the way to Santa Rosa just because Dan built that rapport with me over the phone. I arrived at the airport, Dan picked me up, good humor, funny jokes and as soon as we entered the dealership he got to work to get me going with my car asap! Anyone trying to purchase a car and also wants to meet a person with a great sense of humor then Dan is the man! Thanks Dan for helping me, I appreciate everything you did! Keep it up! More
