They are amazing and when other dealers are packing their prices by thousands of dollars Manly is showing their integrity with fair pricing. Even when going for service they will openly mention any specials prices by thousands of dollars Manly is showing their integrity with fair pricing. They are very customer satisfaction centered. On a Sunday the moon roof on my Ridgeline shattered on the Highway. Major rain was expected starting Monday night and I do not have covered parking. Called the service department first thing Monday and talked to Denise who immediately got approval to get my truck in and keep it safe. Even did what they could to get me a loaner. When I arrived Denise referred me to America the service advisor. As America was finishing with another customer I checked with the parts department and he found one in stock in California if not would have been a back ordered part He coordinated with America and got the part ordered and my truck brought inside. Even asked then to do my oil change while there to take advantage of their special. Only took a day to complete the work. This is my family and friends 5 car purchased and serviced by Manly and looking to see what I may get next through Dan Thompson. I so appreciate the team work this dealer staff has demonstrated over and over again More

I was in the market for a new vehicle and Dan was the first person to approach me over email and text. Even when he had my number, he wasn’t pushy nor forced me to buy something I didn’t want. He simply introduced himself and made sure I got the car that I wanted and needed. Dan was very communicative over text and checked in with me. As a salesperson myself, Dan understood that I wanted this to be easy and smooth without forcing down any add ons I didn’t want nor need. Dan took it to a personal level in a good way and talked to me a little bit about his life and got to know me as well. Dan made me feel like we’ve been knowing each over for a good while and that made me feel comfortable to proceed with my purchase. I live in Los Angeles and I flew all the way to Santa Rosa just because Dan built that rapport with me over the phone. I arrived at the airport, Dan picked me up, good humor, funny jokes and as soon as we entered the dealership he got to work to get me going with my car asap! Anyone trying to purchase a car and also wants to meet a person with a great sense of humor then Dan is the man! Thanks Dan for helping me, I appreciate everything you did! Keep it up! More
