They are very customer satisfaction centered. On a Sunday the moon roof on my Ridgeline shattered on the Highway. Major rain was expected starting Monday night and I do not have covered parking. Called the service department first thing Monday and talked to Denise who immediately got approval to get my truck in and keep it safe. Even did what they could to get me a loaner. When I arrived Denise referred me to America the service advisor. As America was finishing with another customer I checked with the parts department and he found one in stock in California if not would have been a back ordered part He coordinated with America and got the part ordered and my truck brought inside. Even asked then to do my oil change while there to take advantage of their special. Only took a day to complete the work. This is my family and friends 5 car purchased and serviced by Manly and looking to see what I may get next through Dan Thompson.
