Drew a sales associate was extremely helpful trying to find us what we needed and wanted. Dan wise the sales manager however was passive aggressive with belittling comments. We’ve bought many cars and sometimes do not come to an agreement, fine. But I don’t need to hear your attitude dripping with sarcasm. Can you stand up and make those comments? We were leaving as soon as Dan entered the conversation. He continued to make sarcastic comments and reprimand an employee in front of customers. Sadly, this is the culture of many dealerships where the sales employees go above and beyond and sales managers sit behind a desk with xxxx poor attitudes and it shows how miserable they are. Get a different job Dan. More
